She's friendly, caring, and patient. She walked me through each step of my home buying from start to finish, providing details I never would have thought of. I appreciate that Andrea has stayed in contact since I purchased my home, providing tips and suggestions, i.e. applying for various homestead exemptions. I will definitely use Andrea again for a future buy/sale and refer her to anyone in need of a great broker!

She took care of everything that came up, coordinating the photographer, gave guidance on buyer's home inspections and even Radon testing. When my son was away at college, she arranged for a viewing of the new house so he could come see it. She offered us movers, and a real estate attourney. She gave guidance on what to fix / not fix around the old house, and what to remove / declutter / de-personalize the house. Learned what to price the house at with comparables in the neighborhood on the selling house, and how to deal with a brief bidding war on the new house (which we won!) She handled all the above details (especially when we, bought a house that we really liked before selling our existing one), so she did fantastically in setting our minds at ease that, the old house was in good condition, the inventory for that type was low, and that it'd sell fast. And it did in days. This allowed us to scoop the new house up in a hot market, then sell our old house in days. Andrea is very knowledgeable, hard-working and a pleasure to do business with. We would use her again in a heartbeat. She is absolutely a good resource for us. We already have recommended her to friends, and they've sold one property together already. We recommend her to anybody we encounter needing a realtor. Finally, I want to end with, how well she is about communicating everything, getting answers about every question, and making sure you understand everything, and keeping you on track, especially we had to get ready for two closings. Her communication skills are a big factor in so many ways; that makes her stand out. Others would just do the bare minimum things, whereas she'd be always thinking one step ahead of you. That's above average. She'd answer questions that you didn't even know to ask, and for that we are forever grateful.
